Shipping policy

At Lumèra, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.

Shipping Times: Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days to Canada and the United States. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays outside of our control.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number by email within 24–48 hours. You can use this number to track your order at any time.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Customs and Duties: For Canadian customers, your order ships duty-free. For US customers, orders under $800 USD are not subject to import duties.

Lost or Delayed Orders: If your order has not arrived within 20 business days please contact us at hello@lumera.co and we will resolve it immediately.
